We are expanding our team in Lithuania and are looking for a Network support engineer!

The Role
- Simulate network scenarios on a real equipment trying to replicate customer problems
- Report issues to R&D team and seek for solution
- Collaborate with colleagues from other regions, share experience and grow together
- Provide technical support to customers via ticket system, chat, e-mail on technical issues related to Peplink products
- Be the first to try new features and functionalities
What You’ll Need
- Knowledge of networking
- Basics of software and hardware relationship
- Be familiar with Linux command line environment
- Experience with cellular networks is an advantage
- Good knowledge of English language
- To be final year student or to have Bachelor's degree in technical/engineering discipline, or equivalent work experience
