Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain healthy work environment
- Maintain and develop internally used HR system
- Actively participate in hiring process and conduct all HR related tasks
- Create and support motivation system and employee benefits` package
- Organize company events, trainings, ensure effective communication with employees
- Prepare and administer contracts with suppliers, power of attorneys and other company documentation
- Effectively lead the office supply purchases
- Make sure office is well managed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Human Resources/Administration
- Emotionally competent, responsive, active and positive minded
- High sense of responsibility, preciseness, ability to plan and set priorities
- University degree of Social Sciences or similar field
- Excellent communication (written and oral) skills
- Good MS Office skills
- Good English language knowledge
