Our Baltic Facilities Unit is looking for Senior Facilities Manager in Lithuania. We believe that you will be perfect for this position if you desire to have an impact and improve our employees work-environment and customer experience visiting our premises.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure main facilities services and lead renovation projects in our premises across the country
- Ensure that all tasks are delivered on-time, in quality, within scope and budget
- Facilitate the execution of long term premises and work-environment strategy
- Be part of procurement projects in the area of responsibilities
- Maintain required documentation including reports within the scope of the work responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stallholders
Skills and experience:
- At least 3 years experience in similar position
- Experience in Finance, Banking or Insurance area will be considered as advantage
- Experience leading construction/renovation projects is a must
- Ability to see the larger picture while maintaining attention to details
- Strong sense of ownership, interpersonal and collaboration skills with Can-do attitude
- Excellent negotiation and arguing skills
- Ability to prioritize duties and strong time management skills
- Full working proficiency of English and Lithuanian (written and verbal)
- Drivers licence
- Autocad and professional certificate in the field will be considered as advantage
- University degree or any other higher educational background in related field
