1ClickFactory is a worldwide Cloud services leader in providing Microsoft Dynamics Business Central hosting platform for the partners around the world. Our hosting platform is used by hundreds of partners, thousands of customers everyday across Europe, North America, Asia and Australia.

Our customer base is expanding every month and providing excellent customer service is absolutely essential. We are now expanding our team and looking for a Cloud service consultant to support globally based Microsoft partner engineers using 1ClickFactory platform while deploying Dynamics 365 Business Central solution on Microsoft Azure.

In this role you will also have a possibility to learn newest cloud technologies and be able to influence the future of the platform used by more than 1000 companies worldwide.

What you are going to do

• Provide technical support to Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central partners, that are using the biggest cloud platform Microsoft Azure to host their customer solutions
• Perform core infrastructure setup, maintenance and troubleshooting tasks
• Solve infrastructure problems, that no one else can
• Provide recommendations for customer environment optimization
• Deliver Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central on Microsoft Azure trainings for partners
• Always think of the ways to improve the platform

What we expect from you

• 5+ years IT related experience, preferably Windows networking, Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft SQL
• Customer service and problem solving attitude
• Windows Server or Microsoft Azure certification would be beneficial
• Proficient written and spoken English is a must
• Attention to details
• Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
• Eagerness to perpetually update your knowledge
• Few days per month ability to work late evening shift (from 2 pm till 10 pm)
