Internal Auditor

The Internal Auditor shall be of the impeccable reputation, have knowledge of the legal acts governing activities and relevant qualification as well as to have sufficient work experience for the position.

An independent Internal Auditor shall be responsible for the overall performance of internal audit function in the Company providing the management with comprehensive, independent, risk-based assurance on the effectiveness of governance, risk management, and internal controls, including the manner in which the first and second lines of defence achieve risk management and control objectives.

The Internal Auditor function shall cover the following areas such as financial audit, compliance audit, management audit, audit of the outsourced functions and outsourcing agreements.

Responsibilities:

- Assess reliability of accounting system, whether financial statements, indexes and results provide correct and reliable information and reveal true status of the Company;
- Assess whether the Company is in compliance with the requirements of the Applicable Legal Regulations and internal rules of the Company;
- Review and assess the appropriateness of the information transmission between the bodies and heads / units of the Company;
- Evaluate the appropriateness of management quality in order to ensure adequate control and risk management;
- Focus on evaluation whether internal procedures of the Company are well-grounded, practical and effective;
- Cooperate with the external auditors of the Company and submit the reports of the external auditors to the General Meeting of Shareholders and Managers;
- Deliver well-founded assessment reports to the General Meeting of Shareholders and the Management Board;
- Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
- Prepare the risk- based audit, including objective and scope of the review;
- Conduct controls testing/walkthroughs;
- Prepare the audit reports and close out the audit report with management;
- Undertake follow up work to confirm the successful implementation of agreed management actions within agreed timeframes;
- Perform ad-hoc projects including fraud investigations and consultancy engagements
- Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector’s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards;
- Maintain open communication with management and audit committee.
