Marketing Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
- Extensive experience in sales, marketing, advertising, and brand management.
- Digital marketing/advertising expertise is a must.
- Experience crafting spreadsheets and other data collection/presentation methods.
- An entrepreneurial spirit – passionate about the fintech start-up scene and ready to roll up your sleeves
- A creative mindset driving impactful and innovative marketing solutions
- Organised skill-set including time management, quality control and supplier management
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written English skills a must
- Flexibility – comfortable working with people from a variety of backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a marketing strategy in accordance with the overall company goals and vision
- Manage diverse stakeholders, gain their support for the marketing plan and update them on marketing effectiveness
- Prepare and manage a marketing plan (digital and offline) and coordinate marketing budget
- Build & manage relationships with external agencies. This includes supporting the Marketing team in negotiating with external agencies as and when required
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop briefs and operational execution plans
- Help create and promote the overall brand identity of the company
- Plan, direct, and organize advertising and promotional campaigns/events
- Identify, direct and manage production of marketing collateral in physical & digital formats
- Identify potential markets and test them extensively
- Provide updated status reports with statistics concerning current marketing projects
- Run campaigns across multiple social media platforms
- Oversee and prepare marketing budgets
