Requirements for candidates

Skills and Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in Sales domain environment with at least 3+year of experience in financial services or technology industry
- At least 3+ years of experience managing a team
- Successful previous experience of achieving fast growth, through creating a high performing sales team within the Fintech/Payment sector
- Familiarity with banking regulations, payment processes, compliance, consumer or institutional operations
- Experienced stakeholder management skills
- Experience in coaching and mentoring junior sales staff
- Proven success in working in a team as well as independently
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

Job description

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute sales strategies including value proposition development, stakeholder analysis, and competitive assessment
- Develop the sales team
- Work on increasing the sales team's potential, developing and implementing sales strategies, sales, measuring and monitoring performance, liaising with stakeholders to increase product capabilities
- Engage in new business development activities by developing leads and preparing proposals, leading the team
- Create business development and sales programs for targeted industry verticals, using analysis done in partnership with local and global finance and sales operations
- Create and develop go-to-market sales strategies that will lead to improved customer retention, value growth, revenue growth and customer acquisition
- Work in a cross-functional matrixed organization with ease and ability to motivate change and partnerships across sales, marketing, customer care, product and finance
