Better starts and ends with the customer

Team acts as Western Union International Bank back office. Working with Incoming/Outgoing transaction processing, customer account opening, transaction investigation and Reconciliation of Nostro accounts. The main focus of this role is Incoming and Outgoing transaction processing and communication with stakeholders. You will be also working with various financial products and solutions offered by the company and facilitating their delivery from operational perspective as per defined guidelines and criteria.

What you will need to succeed:

• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, Economic or Administration
• Ability to pay strict attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks
• Ability to meet deadlines/sense of urgency/customer centric approach
• Ability to learn quickly and operate in a high-paced, high volume, dynamic environment
• Accuracy, detail orientation and proactive attitude
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Fluency in English

Annual base salary gross: 10,678 – 18,305 EUR

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.  The salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
