Better requires process, discipline, and simplification

As Automation Team Lead, you are going to play a crucial role in our cross-functional automation squads by ensuring your team has the right skills, framework, and motivation to deliver.

Assuming the responsibilities of a Scrum Master, you are going to be a servant-leader for up to two squads, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, coaching all team members in adopting an agile mindset and lead them towards a high level of self-organization and performance.

As Team Lead, you are going to ensure your team members grow as professionals and drive process improvements based on internal and external feedback and requirements.

Coordinating with the Senior Automation Developers, you are going to oversee the training and onboarding of new team members and the right distribution and development of technical skills. You will also make sure any administrative task related to your team will be done.

For this role, you will need to have experience in people management and team leadership. You have demonstrated your ability to motivate and inspire your team members to perform at their best and have successfully led process or technical improvements for the benefit of your team and/or department. You have a strong interest in automation technology and software development from a process perspective, specifically using the Scrum framework and associated tools (JIRA, Confluence).

Ideally, you will have working experience in a Scrum environment, and high-level knowledge of automation development using RPA software like Blue Prism, UiPath or Automation Anywhere.

The annual gross base salary range is 25,056 – 48,887 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.
