The HRIS Reporting Analyst is a key member of the global HRIS team whose primary focus is the configuration and support of Workday, our Human Capital Management System, that services over 11,000 employees globally. We'll be looking to you to be part of the team taking a global ownership of the creation, delivery, and maintenance of HR reporting. As well as responding to internal and external auditors on matters relating to HR reporting. In addition, your role will include analysis of workforce data to generate meaningful business insights and assisting in wider HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

For such a pivotal role, you'll ideally have experience with HRIS (preferably, Workday) as well as data analytics principles. You'll bring to the table a strong understanding of reporting, data analytics, and information systems. The annual gross base salary range is 20,786 – 38,514 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
