Technical Sales Representative

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers in timber-building and industrial sector
• Explain or demonstrate products, and actively propose new products and educate customers about function, utility and benefits of Rothoblaas products
• Provide advice and technical support to customers, engineers and architects
• Organize your customer visits and independently plan your tours
• Elaborate clear and effective proposals/quotations for customers and follow up
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by identifying and resolving customer challenges and timely resolution of customer complaints and problems
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and influencers and promote our brand by participating in fairs

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
• Technical understanding or sales experience with technical products
• Ideally commercial / technical experience, preferably in construction
• High level of motivation and ability to work independently
• Lithuanian at a native level and fluent English level
• Willingness to travel long distances within Lithuania and occasionally to Latvia and to the HQs in Italy
