We are Cortlex, an IT company specializing in the development of various software, we work with clients from Western Europe and the USA... Actually, sounds pretty boring, but in fact we are cool, so almost a year ago we decided to start building our HR brand. Now we already have a brand book, our career website will be online soon, we have learned how to launch advertising, and soon we will hold our first hiring event in Lithuania. We are looking for someone to join us and drive our HR brand.

We have outlined the tasks, there may be more or less of them, let's discuss:

  • Our main goal is to increase market awareness and thereby create an incoming pool of candidates and increase the conversion of offers made into offers accepted 
  • The Lithuanian market will be in focus (we now have 2 offices – in Minsk and in Vilnius), but we should be ready to launch advertising campaigns in Poland or other countries for Cortlex to enter new recruitment markets
  • You will have to prepare texts and visual materials (copywriters or other contractors might be involved, but you will need to work with photographs, infographics, presentations)
  • You will work with our career site together with TA Team
  • You will plan and conduct events
  • SMM – you don't have to manage social networks yourself if you don't want (we’ll discuss), but the strategy of communication is your responsibility
  • Advertising
  • CSR

What you will definitely need:

  • Experience as an in-house HR Brand Manager (or in a large PR agency) in the Lithuanian market (preferably multinational, multicultural organization)
  • Experience in promoting a company (not necessarily IT) on the market, preferably at least 1.5 years, so you should already have a good understanding of how it all works
  • Broad outlook, sincere interest in IT
  • Literate and lively speaking and writing in English (Upper-Intermediate would be good)
  • Experience in preparing texts and visual materials
  • Experience in planning and conducting events
  • Experience in SMM
  • The ability to calculate the ROI of company promoting activities 
  • Experience of interaction with contractors and vendors
