Our Client - UK start-up FinTech company focused on hassle-free domestic and international transfers, peer-to-peer payments, and retail and agrarian financial programs. In its customer-centric mobile app, meeting the highest standards of security and safety, company will offer current accounts, debit cards, payments, and value-added lifestyle services. 

They will also introduce the network of diverse personal and business memberships designed to revolutionize the way its users manage their finance. Young students, small businesses, and financially excluded communities will be able to enter not only a user-friendly mobile app but also the system of unique financial programs supporting those individuals and groups who are underserved.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Create, develop and own key business partnership relationships and drive the ultimate success of partner projects. Collaborate with leadership to support the growth of our partner ecosystem, providing ideas, experience, insights, opportunities, and accountability.
• Identify and implement business development and partnership initiatives aligned to our core business values to further our rapid growth.
• Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partners; covering starting new relationships and maintaining existing relationships.
• Develop, structure, and close partnership deals with target partner organizations.
• Define strategies, including specific plans for individual partners, to deliver long-term sustainable growth.

What we expect from you:

• Previous Partnership Management with Financial Institutions, Fintech / Banking (Retail and Business) or Consultancy.
• Someone with previous Partnership Management experience within.
• Start-up mindset: focused on growth, speed and results on a daily basis.
• Self-starter with high level of ownership and limited need for oversight and support.
• Comfortable with continuous engagement with C-level and senior leadership.
• Commercial business development or previous partnerships experience with a track record of achieving commercially successful outcomes.
