You will be part of a team that builds and manages systems to support the Western Union End User. This team also provides third-level escalation support and partners with our Operational Excellence team on forward-thinking innovations and improvement projects. Your objective will be to ensure that performance, compliance, and security objectives are not compromised with the support you provide the business. You'll consult with teams and stakeholders to identify hardware, software, or system specifications and then build these systems to the user's request. You'll execute test plans which you will integrate into the final design and make recommendations on technology and process enhancements. You will collaborate and work closely with other organizations like networking, security, and infrastructure services.
You will need to have a degree or equivalent in an IT-related field with experience of having worked in a similar role. Technical skills are key to this role and working knowledge with at least one or more of Windows 7/8/10 or MacOS across application packaging and maintenance is required. You will need to be familiar with the following tools: Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, JAMFPro, Powershell, WSUS, Virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V), SCCM, or Tanium and have a passion for providing exceptional customer support.

Annual base salary gross: 17,766 – 31,460 EUR
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
