ABOUT REIZ TECH
More than 150 Reiz Tech professionals develop individual software solutions by using different technologies in various industries around the world. Currently we are looking for a Scrum Master intern to join the team and to work with our internal projects.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone on the Scrum Team as well as possible.
- Facilitate Scrum events as requested or needed.
- Work with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization.
- Cause change that increases the productivity of the Scrum Team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Have a positive working relationship with the team by helping them identify and remove impediments.
- Be disruptive and help create a new way of working.
- Have time management skills.
- Knowledge how to lead team in its Scrum adoption.
- Experience in an Agile environment.
- Perfect English skills.
ADVANTAGES
- To know at least one of Agile concepts and have experience adopting it.
- Certified Scrum Master: CSM / PSM I.
