We are looking for a new Family member to join our HR team in the company’s head office located in Vilnius!

Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage a full cycle of the talent acquisition process for global and top management positions  
• Assist in developing and executing HR procedures and policies
• Handle administrative tasks
• Create regular reports on HR metrics in the group

Requirements: 

• Not less than 2 years of experience in HR and recruitment role 
• Higher education degree (preferably Human resources, Business administration, or related fields)
• Excellent communication skills both in English and Lithuanian;
• Understanding of Lithuanian labor law.
• Ability to build relationships and connect with people
• Project ownership, good communication skills, positivity, and a ‘can do’ attitude
