We are continuing our rapid growth journey and are now looking for a Configurations Specialist that has an interest of working in agile cross functional team supporting existing clients by configure and update their Benify portal.

Your role as Configuration Specialist
As a Configuration Specialist, you will need to have an understanding of financial flows as well as have technical experience. You will configure and update the Benify portal for our existing clients, both in the Nordic and Global market. You will consult our clients to solve configuration-related issues, trouble shooting, add new functionality to the Benify portal, as well as manage business rules for employee benefit orders, employee benefit types, and employer contributions. You will also manage smaller incoming tasks as adding new wage codes, configuring and updating company structures, contact persons, and administrations permissions if we would give you a handful of examples of the diversity in tasks you will have in this position.
In this position, you will belong to the Configuration Nordic function, but the daily work is done in a cross functional agile team consisting of various nationalities and competences. This cross-functional team focuses on solving all kinds of queries, questions and requests coming from our Nordic and International client base.

In this position you will also:
• Connect and configure global pages to client portals (My Compensations, My Budget, File upload pages, etc.)
• Set up the recruitment tool/candidate portal
• Create and adjust the welcome page, including widgets, promoted element, message box, etc.
• Support our existing clients with trouble shooting in the configuration layer of our product as well as adding new functionality to their portals
• Work in an agile team setup using Kanban boards in Jira/Atlassian

Do we have you on the hook yet? Good! Here’s what we are looking for in our next Configuration Specialist:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent
• Relevant work experience as a Financial Assistant, Administrator, Configuration Specialist, or similar
• Basic knowledge of accounting rules, tax rules, and wage types
• Proficient in English - and additional Nordics language is meritorious
