Our Client - Michelin - the world leader in the tire industry, offers a great opportunity for an Account Development Manager for the Kaunas-Klaipėda region. We are looking for ambitious and dynamic candidates who want to develop and tie their future with Michelin.
Your task will be:
- Sale of tires for trucks, buses, vans and passenger cars in the assigned territory (Western Lithuania region);
- Implementation of the distribution strategy and implementation of the company's commercial policy;
- Building long-term business relationships with Michelin customers and acquiring new;
- Collection of information and market analysis;
- Increasing the professionalism of business partners through technical advice and training;
- Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager based in Poland;
- Implementation of commercial actions.
We expect:
- At least 2 years of sales experience;
- English language at a level enabling easy communication;
- High personal culture;
- Openness for new challenges;
- Good organization of work and independence in action (after the trial period);
- Technical predispositions;
- Negotiation and commercial skills;
- Readiness to take regular business trips;
- Driving license.
