Requirements for candidates

We are looking for Sales Managers – B2B/B2C to join our team in Lithuania.


Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business/Finance/Economics
• At least 3 years of B2B or B2C Sales experience with previous experience in FinTech domain
• You have entrepreneurial DNA: flexible to changes, eager to learn, proactive to act, resilient to failure, persistent in making impact.
• You have lead generation and strong upselling experience
• You have account maintenance experience
• You have strong communication, presentation and listening skills
• Ability to think strategically and develop go-to-market plans
• Self-starter with strong organization and resolution management skills
 

Job description

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain business relationships with existing and new clients
• Hiring and training new sales team members
• Develop and implement performance improvement programs for the Sales team to improve effectiveness
• Active new client relationship sourcing, acquisition, and retention of the existing ones
• Identify areas for improvement, revising and implementing well planned strategies to ensure best practices are adopted
• Efficient organization, ownership and after-sales follow-ups
• Manage the overall development and implementation of sales strategies and marketing plans necessary to achieve sales growth targets
• Build strong internal and external business relationships and build on the team's efforts while encouraging strong working relationships.
• Develop business in industry sectors in general as well as B2B and B2C
