Job description:

  • Welcome visitors and provide service when needed;
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mails, letters, packages etc.);
  • Assist other employees in arranging shipments;
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements or appointments etc. for the upper management;
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary;
  • Manage accounting documents related to above mentioned or similar orders;
  • Ensure clean and enjoyable working environment;
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary;
  • Carry out other duties and responsibilities delegated by Human Resources and Senior Office Support Specialist.

Requirements:

  • Secondary education;
  • Previous experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role;
  • Knowledge of MS Office;
  • English language knowledge;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
