Track-POD is seeking an experienced, energetic, and ambitious GROWTH MARKETING MANAGER (SENIOR MARKETER/DIGITAL MARKETING in B2B SaaS) in Europe to join the Track-POD team. You take pride in creating/implementing SEO activities to support both the sales team and marketing initiatives on a global scale. In this role, you will:

  • SEO project management, develop strategy and execution
  • Work on maximizing the volume of Organic, Referral, Direct Traffic, Paid
  • Improving the Quality of Traffic and New Keyword research
  • Manage and oversee different digital marketing channels
  • Managing paid search and social acquisition channels, building out referral programs,
    optimizing email nurture campaigns and send times
  • Measure and manage online content, create a lead generation strategy with an emphasis on content marketing and SEM
  • Manage lead generation (Acquisition / Lead Gen) and work hand in hand with sales to continuously optimize the inbound funnel
  • Analyse conversion rate per various channels and implement the actions to improve the conversion rate
  • Conducting analysis of websites and competitors to improve results and identify growth opportunities using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush
  • SEO on-site and off-site auditing and implementation of LinkBuilding
  • Optimizing current landing pages and blog posts for SEO, develop web-site by new pages with articles
  • Create and launch email blast campaigns
  • Create, edit, and proofread engaging content and manage its distribution across all applicable channels
  • Create sales materials, pitches, and case studies for the existing and potential customers
  • Developing and implementing content strategy
  • Monitoring websites technical “health”, providing recommendations to developers regarding necessary changes and fixes to optimize for best possible SEO performance
  • Manage off-site optimization projects and report on performance

About you:

  • Proven work experience in digital B2B marketing
  • 4+ years of successful work in the field of digital marketing, min. 3 yrs B2B SaaS exp.
  • Possesses knowledge of trends, best practices, and key metrics in B2B and digital marketing
  • 4+ Experience in SEO methodologies and best practices, agency backgrounds welcome
  • Strong skills in creating original content that targets a specific audience and meets company objectives
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, in particular with regard to avoiding algorithmic penalties, LinkBuilding
  • Analytical thinking to assess campaign results, experience with Google Analytics
  • Articulate and poised with a clear and concise communication style. An excellent spoken and written business English is a must
  • Takes massive initiative, moves projects forward
  • Can work with designers & developers
  • Doesn’t need hand holding, doesn’t complain about data gaps
  • You are located in Europe
