MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure continuous development of efficient operational processes;
- Project management and implementation of new customers;
- Implementation of new digital platforms;
- KPI-reporting to Management and key customers;
- Analyze current situation and identify areas for improvement;
- Develop and implement tools and processes to improve current operations;
- Help and assist Operations when needed;
- Obtain a good relationship with the local departments in the company;
- Ensure that all tasks are performed in line with the company’s goals, culture, policy, and in accordance with laws and regulations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in Logistics or related field;
- Several years of experience in operations, management, and logistics;
- Competence in project work and project mapping with a solid theoretical base;
- Understanding of the prerequisites for an operational organization;
- Strong IT skills;
- Very good English language skills (Additional proficiency in Nordic languages will be considered as an advantage);
- Ability to possess great communication;
- Capability to organize time and plan actions effectively;
- Integrity, positivity, and a high sense of responsibility.
