The Opportunity:

Roche Diagnostics is specialized in selling and promoting complex medical diagnostics capital equipment, complete solutions to customers and patients.
Our aim is to implement sales plans designed to achieve established revenue and financial goals. Accounts are key, strategic, and have complex requirements.
We are now seeking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our Baltics’ Sales Team. Location: Vilnius/Kaunas.

The Position:

• Develops, applies (when approved) and achieves the Company strategies, action plans and policies in the assigned territory of Key Accounts to meet and exceed sales, profitability and growth goals (budget responsibility, turn over, profitability are defined annually with MBOs).
• Promotes respective on label products and ensures the qualitative and quantitative services of the Company (segment of lab organization and automation and point of care of private and public sector).
• Develops and implements sales and business plan and implements marketing strategies throughout the sales territory (with specific proposals to marketing department).
• Identifies market opportunities and threats regarding portfolio, customer, competition and regulatory.
• You will be based in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania.

• University Degree in Natural/Life Sciences, Economics or respective qualification.
• Preferably, post graduate education, as Master Degree with major in BA/Management, Marketing or Finance.
• Minimum 3-5 years sales and Key Account Management, in-field customer care experience and project management in diagnostics market.
• Experience in Healthcare sector with an emphasis on planning, organizing and executing market campaigns.
• Knowledge of organizational and financial procedures in medical laboratories.
• Regulatory and Law procedures related to the procurement and selling policies in Lithuanian Healthcare market and particularly in the Public Sector.
• Lithuanian and English – fluently.
