Junior Travel assistant

• You have some experience in a client facing role building and nurturing business relationships (ie. Account Management, Client Success, or customer service role). No travel/tourism experience needed
• You can expertly organize a trip
• You have a high level of attention to detail
• You have excellent communication skills both written and verbal (listening, engaging, confidence, appropriate tone/inflection)
• You are proactive and have a problem-solving mindset
• You are able to calmly communicate and resolve concerns with dissatisfied clients
• You can work productively without being micromanaged
• You are innovative and can formulate new ideas and processes
• You have Exceptional English skills

• Manage existing customer relationships, upselling product offerings, and initial outreach communication
• Work with other team members to foster client relationships, manage deliverables, and mitigate risks
• Analyze customer accounts, including identifying churn signals as well as new needs and potential growth opportunities
