About The Job
Distribution of services in the most convenient way for clients is at the forefront of Bankera’s operations. As a Product Owner of digital banking products, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of internet banking, mobile application, and similar solutions, as well as coordinating feature delivery over ambitious roadmaps. The product owner will be in constant contact with internal (the board, C-level executives and the rest of the team) and external stakeholders to ensure that their vision find its way into the products. Your responsibilities will range from initiating design work to presenting our vision to the developers, as well as providing timely feedback to their questions and issues raised.

- Own a technical product area
- Prepare product requirements, features, and functionalities
- Maintain the knowledge required for our business and stay up-to-date with FinTech industry trends
- Work with UI/UX specialists to bring engaging user experiences
- Manage products through the entire product development life cycle
- Review existing processes and procedures to determine if there are any possible improvements
Requirements
- Proven experience in the role of Product owner in e-channels
- Experience in documenting requirements
- Collaboration and communication skills
- Understanding of cryptocurrencies would be a huge advantage
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Ability to complete projects accurately and timely
- Detail-oriented personality with strong organizational skills
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Higher education degree in Business Development or Business Administration
