The objective of the position
The Customer relationship specialist shall be the first point of contact for the business in regards to any inquiries of the client.
Functions of the Customer Support
1. Be the first point of contact for any client questions or problems.
2. Makes sure clients receive requested services on time in a professional and efficient
matter
3. Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines
4. Assistance in analyzing customer’s activity
5. Assisting sales unit with onboarding process of new clients, account opening forms and
maintaining reference databases with completed records and information.
6. Preparation of offers, pricing and other proposals.
7. Support management in daily operational administrative tasks
8. Supporting other departments with any administration tasks that are required.
Responsibility of the Customer support
As the Customer relationship specialist, you are responsible for managing customer inquiries and dealing with them in a professional and efficient matter.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Graduated 12 years of school – Must
- Higher Education (preferably in business administration, economics, finance or related
field) - Advantage
Work experience
- Work experience – at least 1 year experience in support or in any other position providing
services to clients
IT skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word;
Languages
- English, excellent both written and verbal

1. Fast learner who can handle pressure
2. Excellent communication and relationship skills
3. Proven ability to consistently deliver high-quality service
4. An interest in financial products and markets
5. Motivation to go an extra mile.
