GBS Operations is a part of Intrum GBS that takes the key role in delivering debt collection services to our Clients in Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Netherlands. What you will be doing:

• Participate in day-to-day credit management operations

• Ensure quality and timeliness, organize and manage team members' workload

• Identify, assess and prioritize risks

• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide quality and timely services

• Drive and facilitate team meetings

• Provide on the job coaching for the team members

• Prepare reports, statistics

What you bring:

• Good organizational skills

• Good knowledge of English and Norwegian

• Ability to cooperate in a team and lead it

• Ability to solve complex problems

• Good communication skills
