English Speaking Operations Specialist

Intrum Global Business Services (Intrum GBS) is a Shared Service Center of Intrum. Currently we have over 500 highly dedicated and experienced employees, who support Group functions and local country units across Europe.

GBS Operations is a part of Intrum GBS that takes the key role in delivering debt collection services to our Clients in Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Netherlands. Apart from responsibilities of daily tasks, we continuously work with process improvements and quality management to create extra value for our organization, clients and customers. What you will be doing:

• Documents and cases registration
• Debt related data collection and analysis
• Mostly written communication with clients
• Other optional tasks

You will receive necessary trainings, opportunities to grow and develop your competencies, supportive culture where effort counts.

We expect that you are motivated good in English and have a genuine drive to continuously develop towards your potential.

Salary range 1100- 1700 Eur gross/month
