As a Key Account Manager, you will accelerate sales and market share gains through creating, selling, and executing the category commercial elements of customer Joint Business Plan. Building Nestle’s reputation with the customer while ensuring that the Nestlé policies & principles are applied in all aspects of the business relationship.
A day in the life of Key Account Manager
- Define and execute strategies/plans for Lithuania retailers to deliver business objectives and market share gains
- Drive business relationship with customers, build Joint Business Plans
- Support distributors co-operation with key customers
- Sell range of Nestlé products in order to meet sales and profit targets, market share objectives within the agreed budget
- Maintain close frequent contact within clients and Nestlé teams to resolve challenges, issues, and queries as soon as they arise
- Work together with Nestlé teams in product portfolio renewal and new products introduction to the clients
- Establish tailored activities to deliver agreed results and WIN in the market
What will make you successful
- Minimum 3 years of commercial experience, preferably with good knowledge of key account management, retailing and retail customers
- Experience with Channel and Category Sales Development background would be considered as an advantage
- Result orientation is a key attribute to strive in the role
- Proven experience in Sales, Key Account Management, Marketing. Experience in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry would be considered as advantage
- Exceptional interpersonal skills in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the proven ability to liaise, collaborate and negotiate with clients
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred in Business Management, Economics
- Fluent in English and Lithuanian spoken/written
- Driver’s license
