Business Analysis Team Manager

Intrum Global Business Services (Intrum GBS) is a Shared Service Center of Intrum. Currently we have over 500 highly dedicated and experienced employees, who support Group functions and local country units across Europe.

Intrum Global Business Services is looking for Business Analyst responsible for the ongoing support of existing Business Analysis solutions, as well as development of new functionality to include reports, dashboards and other business intelligence solutions, in order to enable colleagues to support tactical and strategic decision making. Please bring intellectual curiosity with an analytical mindset.

What you will be doing:

• Create an engaged and team and oriented work force in order to improve the results

• Perform a full range of managerial responsibilities which may include interviewing, hiring, coaching, managing and developing employees etc.

• Establish regular communication with the team, such as 1-1 meetings, team meetings etc.

• Support continuous improvement goals in production

• Develop, support and continuously review stakeholder engagement and management

• Provide analytical support for team members

• Prepare different reports and statistics

• Own the relationship with project stakeholders to identify, model and document business, process and data requirements

What you bring:

• Successful track record in leading and managing teams

• Proven business analysis and problem solving skills

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel

• Experience with SQL, SAP BO, Qlikview or Qliksense would be an advantage

• Strong organizational and planning skills in a changing environment

• A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

• Very good English language (oral and written)
