Area

Tax Services & Customer Reporting area mission is to provide timely, efficient and high quality customer service and process administrative tasks related to tax services and investment reporting.

In Tax Services Remediation Program, you will be assigned one or several various complexity projects and be responsible for a project team of up to 15 specialists.

As our new team member, work hand-in-hand with project managers and project teams, and collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to ensure Tax Services are built on solid operational foundation relying on efficient and compliant processes. In your day-to-day work, you will report to Head of Tax Services Remediation Program or one of the project managers within the Program.

*This is a one-year contract with the possibility to secure permanent position at Danske Bank.

**Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority roles.

Skills

In addition to the above, you ideally have:

  • Great skills at working with people and facilitating dialogue
  • Motivation by making sense of complicated situations and excitement about shaping and guiding projects in uncertain set-ups
  • Ability to communicate complex information in a simple and engaging way and lead others
  • Proactiveness, result-oriented and adaptive mindset with great organisational skills
  • Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of seniority
  • Strong analytical, communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Skills in setting priorities, willingness to actively take ownership and drive tasks through to a successful conclusion
  • Ability to work independently and in close collaboration with team members
  • Fluent English language skills (spoken and written)

Mission

Your main responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Project lifecycle planning and execution;
  • Providing direction and leadership to project team members;
  • Engaging with different stakeholders to define specific business requirements and solutions;
  • Facilitating meetings and workshops with stakeholders to ensure progress and alignment;
  • Proactive escalation and registration of risk events and participation in risk mitigation actions
  • Project reporting to Tax Services Remediation PMO

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 3200 EUR to 5160 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
