PRODUCT BUSINESS ANALYST

Come and join our Product Management team! Our mission: drive successful international expansion of the Revel product suite. As a product business analyst, you will be working with the product team to help define international product strategy and to collect and detail product requirements.  

As product business analyst, you will:

• Take the lead on analyzing existing and potential international markets and corresponding requirements for Revel’s software and hardware deployments, including:
                               Hardware and software legal compliance (eg. fiscal requirements, reporting requirements, privacy, etc)
                               Hardware and software standards
                               Localization needs
• Identify software and hardware product gaps for specific international markets
• Detail and organize product enhancement requirements based on ROI / risk / opportunity
• Become the go-to expert and promoter of your areas of responsibility, communicating effectively and often with a variety of stakeholders
• Conduct interviews with current and target customers to better understand country/region-specific needs and priorities
• Work closely with the product team and international sales teams to facilitate successful product development and international deployments
• Conduct industry research and leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making
  Provide well organized distillation and documentation of your analysis (stored in Confluence)

We expect, that you have:

• 3+ years experience as a business analyst, PO, PM or equivalent experience
• Experience in the development of  software and/or hardware products internationally, preferably in the restaurant, retail or commerce space
• Expertise in eliciting and documenting business requirements through use cases, user stories, and other means (including workflow diagrams, dataflow diagrams, screen wireframes, etc)
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical teams
• Excellent team-player, demonstrating the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, mutual respect and accountability to others; ability to maintain strong relationships across key stakeholders and constituents
• You have analytical mindset and data-driven approach to decision making
• Experience with and comfort in working in agile software development environments

Nice to have experience:

• Experience with JIRA, Confluence
• Hands-on experience working in the restaurant and/or retail industry

Salary

• The monthly salary range for the position starts at 2,500€ before taxes and varies depending on skills and experience
