RETAIL MARKETING MANAGER (FREELANCE)

Our natural and professional products, providing that instant salon-look at home and long-term benefits for hair and skin, are sold in 25+ countries worldwide via various channels (Retail, SPA & Beauty Salons, Pharmacies, E-commerce). 

The Brand belongs to VT HOLDING International Group of Companies, that operates in Vilnius (Lithuania), London (UK) and Miami (USA). Own R&D and factory creates up to 99% natural origin, free from harsh ingredients, dermatologically tested, multicultural, inclusive, vegan, cruelty-free, unisex products for all ages. While building new eco-friendly Scandinavian-style factory, we provide private label services to create innovative BIO Personal Care, BIO Home Care products, and EcoPackaging.

During the lockdown, we grew 4x and expanding more! To meet our ambitious goals, we are looking for a responsible and enthusiastic RETAIL MARKETING MANAGER (FREELANCE) to join our team in Vilnius (Lithuania).

• Plan marketing promos on the leading European retailers’ platforms to increase brand sales;
• Monitor how the Brand is represented on other websites and ensure representation according to Brand guidelines;
• Manage inquiries of your responsible retailers & online platforms;
• Quickly resolve the issues that arise;
• Monitor new opportunities for Brand growth.

• 3+ years of experience in/with retail and online platforms, being responsible for marketing activities with them and sales growth;
• Good knowledge of digital marketing;
• Experience in physical and online merchandising is a plus;
• You are optimistic person with “can-do” attitude;
• English and Lithuanian – Advanced; German, Russian, Italian, Spanish, French, Chinese and other languages will be a plus;
• Excellent attention to details;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills;
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, as well as in a team;
• Computer skills (MS Office). Also, you are easy with using various tech tools and apps;
• Experience with WordPress, 1C is a plus;
• You are result-oriented, independent and motivated person, who value your freedom and work-life balance.

• Monthly salary range is 1000-1500 EUR (net). The final offer will depend on the skills and achievements;
