Job information

You will be based in an international environment in a brand-new office in Kaunas while working very closely on daily basis with colleagues from Sweden supporting them in wide range of activities.

This role will be key in handling interfaces with Group Tax and Treasury, which mainly consist of preparing and reviewing credit and tax application, providing input regarding bonds and insurance costs, calculating metal and FX exposure, as well as obtaining hedging input from Treasury.

The main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Handling of Tender Calculation tool (PPM)
  • Execute activities related with Standard cost updates, including updates in PPM tool, first analysis on deviations, material price validations and etc.
  • Data gathering to support budget / forecast process (Capex/Investment, expenses), prefilling & first analysis of Tender cash flow management reporting
  • Support benchmark analysis with other tenders/projects and competitors
  • Support with preparation of financial parts of presentations
  • Execute other role related activities and assignments
  • Participation in process changes, improvements, and efficiency activities

Requirements

  • To have background preferably within controlling, industrial controlling/economics or sales controlling
  • Advanced level of MS Excel, Ms Power Point and other MS Office skills is a must
  • As a person, you are analytical, quality-conscious, responsible and initiative-taking
  • Strong communication skills, ability to act as sounding board for many internal stakeholders
  • Ability to handle wide range and different level of stakeholders, supporting them from financial side, yet being able to challenge when needed and follow up, but also
  • Strong English language skills, professional in verbal and written
