Senior Reporting Analyst

I am Jurgita Dubovaitė-Sidorovė and I am leading the Reporting and Tax Team at Telia Lietuva. We are a diverse team of experts, responsible for delivering the Company's financial reports to external and group shareholders and maintaining accurate and efficient tax structure. Today we are looking for Senior Reporting Analyst to join our team!

Your next challenge?

You are expected to support and guide our stakeholders, your colleagues within Finance and Accounting Organization with your expertise to ensure accurate financial reporting. To succeed in the role, among other qualifications, you should have a great understanding of general accounting connected to annual reports.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Contribution to the financial reporting process (monthly, quarterly, and annual) both on local GAAP level as well as in IFRS for the group

• Executing of the reconciliation and control process such that unreconciled transactions are identified, investigated and corrected

• Performing monthly, quarterly and annual analysis of balance sheet accounts, ensuring significant issues are identified and escalated when necessary

• Participation in projects and close cooperation with IT aimed at enhancing the reporting system infrastructure and integrity of the data systems

• Pro-active escalation and help with solving issues related to reporting

• Collaboration and support to stakeholder and other engaged third parties such as auditors in respect of general ledger balances

• Take part in various initiatives that involve multi-competence cross functional collaboration, such as financial reporting set up, process improvement leaps, etc.

Who are you?

You like to analyze and investigate, are driven forward, stress tolerant person who is keen on working in dynamic environment. A person who can focus and deliver on objectives. You are interested in developing various processes and has natural aptitude and interest in IT side of things as well as finance.

Your experience and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or similar educational qualifications

• Experience in financial reporting, accounting or audit (at least 2+ years)

• Ability to discuss and coordinate qualified accounting questions with auditors

• Experience from SAP ERP (advantage)

• Strong communication skills

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Fluent written and spoken English

Working in this position you will receive a base salary from 2100 to 3000 EUR (gross) depending on your experience and track record of achievements.
