As Project Manager you will:
- Managing multiple projects, mostly satellite development but also ranging from subsystems to training sessions
- Tracking project timelines and scope to ensure delivery as per the contract
- Identifying, tracking and mitigating various risks
- Reporting regular project status updates, maintaining communication with clients as well as timely responding to their queries
- Keeping track of engineering team resources, ensuring their proper allocation for each project
- Monitoring internal processes and procedures, ensuring that they are followed, and actively looking for and suggesting improvements
We expect you to:
- At least 2 years’ of experience working Project Management
- Ability to see the bigger picture and navigate towards it
- Result-oriented and proactive attitude, willingness to perform daily hands-on activities
- Ability to act and adapt in a fast-changing environment
- Teamwork and people-oriented work approach
- Very good English language knowledge (oral and written)
- Ability to work flexible hours to support clients in multiple timezone
Nice to have:
- Had experience working in space or aerospace business
- Worked with clients with diverse cultural backgrounds
- Completed studied in any Engineering disciplines
- Know how to work with Jira or Asana management tools
