HERE YOU WILL:
- Manage full logistic operations in the company;
- Strategically manage the warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision;
- Establish operational metrics and KPI's;
- Initiate and manage constant optimization of stock inventory;
- Be responsible for the timely distribution process (packaging, delivery to client);
- Plan future capacity requirements.
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT:
- Is a person with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage staff, excellent communication skills and strong decision making, problem-solving ability;
- Is capable of manage warehouse KPI’s and developing budgets.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 4 years of experience in expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices;
- Fluency in English (written and verbal);
- Very strong planning and organizational skills.

Currently, the company is looking for a Logistic Manager to join their team of 50 employees in Marijampolė who will take lead for transform the logistics setup to the next level.
