OFFICE ASSISTANT FOR BORED PANDA STUDIOS

Bored Panda Studios is among the biggest YouTube and Facebook video producers and publishers globally. We operate such channels as Crafty Panda, Kaboom!, Hungry Panda, Lady Panda, and more, which are translated into 12+ different languages. Our most successful channel - Crafty Panda - is among the Top 10 pages on Facebook and is one of the Top 3 DIY Channels on YouTube. Our channels generate a whopping 20 billion views per year and everything is done by an incredible team of 200 passionate professionals here in Vilnius. And we are growing every day! This time, we are looking for a office assistant to work in our filming studio, you will be the helping hands in daily tasks!

Responsibilities:
• Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment;
• Interacting with directors and HR and carrying out their requests;
• Taking care of office spaces (coffee machines, recycling process, making the spaces more cozy, etc.);
• Making purchases and tracking them;
• Assisting in planning and arranging events;
• Assisting colleagues whenever necessary;
• Supporting other administration-related projects when necessary.

Requirements:
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills, including written and verbal communication in English;
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving attitude, and ability to meet deadlines;
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities;
• Organizational, time-management, and leadership skills;
• Strong written and oral communication skills;
• Diligence and thoroughness, proactive approach, and eagerness to learn.
