Job description

Our office administrator is a helping hand for the whole Bankera ecosystem. Your organizational skills, initiative, and positive attitude will contribute to our community management, as well as to the overall working environment. Office Administrator jobs at Bankera contribute to keeping the office up and running. You will help other employees with their administrative challenges, manage office supplies, and handle other tasks. You should find it interesting to

  • Manage documents (service contracts, bills, employee documentation, etc.)
  • Make sure that office operates smoothly
  • Coordinate office activities and some reception duties
  • Assist with the implementation and compliance of Health & Safety and security measures
  • Maintain office standards by tracking, ordering, restocking, and coordinating office maintenance
  • Identify opportunities for improving productivity and efficiency

Requirements

  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee personal information
  • Proficiency in computer use
  • Fluent written and spoken English skills
  • Interest in the Finance and Informational Technologies
  • Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of professional ethics and the basics of Labor Law
  • Ability to quickly conduct research through various open channels
  • Relevant experience or good knowledge of Labor Law would be considered as an advantage
