PAYMENT OPERATION SPECIALIST

Our Payment Operation Specialists are at the forefront of making this happen. We are looking for an addition to our Operations team who would help us facilitate payment operations. Payments Operations Specialist will be able to work from our offices in Vilnius or Kaunas and will make sure that our banking infrastructure is employed to the full extent.

You should find it interesting to:

• Build ownership of payment related processes
• Monitor payment transactions and solve payment related questions
• Execute transactions that need manual intervention from the Payments Operations Specialist
• Manage payment operations GL
• Monitor and maintain the liquidity of our nostro accounts at partner institutions and payments systems
• Provide reports to management on operating volumes and other operations related data
• Provide input and drive efficiency improvement on your daily tasks
• Maintain constant communication with the team to ensure smooth customer experience

Skills Required

• Strong attention to details and responsibility in managing your daily tasks
• General knowledge of payments, payment cards, retail banking, operations
• Experience in payment, banking, payment cards operations or a similar field preferred, but not mandatory
• Proficiency in Excel
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or Mathematics is preferable
• Knowledge of SEPA, SWIFT, Target2 operating rules and regulations is a big plus
• Fluency in English
• Understanding of all terms and acronyms used in this job advertisement
