SEO Specialist / Project Manager

My name is Valdas Babravičius and I am leading Online Sales team. We are a diverse team of strong and energetic leaders, passionate about our customers, technology and Telia. We are looking for a new team member, responsible for SEO.

Your next challenge?

Your main responsibility and challenge will be to create and manage SEO strategy. Work with peers and other business units (digitalization, commerce, marketing teams) to identify business needs and ensure SEO strategy is supplementing sustainable online business growth.

You are proactive, result oriented and always hungry for more. You are already familiar with SEO topic and you have a proven track of record. You are ready to lift your knowledge to another level as well as our online business growth.

• Able to work in a team with a diverse group of colleagues and managers

• Stay cool in stressful situations

Your experience:

• You have gained knowledge in SEO topic and know how to use various tools as: Google Analytic + Search Console and other specific SEO tools (certificated would be an advantage)

• You understand Off-Site and On-site importance and know how to make it better

• You are familiar with HTML

• Details matter to you and you know how to put them in a big picture to build action plan  for achieving high results

• Statistics and various reports for you is a must to make future decisions

• You can operate in highly complex and rapidly changing environment

• You speak and write fluent in Lithuanian and English languages

Working in this position you will receive a monthly base salary 3300 – 4200 (gross) plus yearly bonuses which are depending on your competencies and your and Telia results.
