Internal training coordinator

Internal training coordinator position promotes the use of internal training tools and programs to support group employees' achievement in faster and better quality onboarding as well as familiarization with corporate processes and procedures. The Internal training Coordinator provides leadership, staff development, and instructional support to administrative staff of the group who are involed in training process locally.

In addition, the Internal Training Coordinator develops and offers digital learning education for employees and administrative staff. This position also assists in the development and implementation of corporate training portfolio. The Internal Training Coordinator collaborates with appropriate instructional and technical staff to support, manage, optimize the use of instructional software, and network resources to support quality teaching and learning. 

Moreover, we expect Internal Training coordinator to lead internal training academies by coordinating the process and designing the training programs that might be delivered globally.

We expect that the suitable candidate has:

• Previous experience as an L&D specialist or coordinator, or similar role
• Experience in full HR cycle, from recruitment to offboarding
• Interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels of an organisation, and collaborate with external partners
• Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
• Interest in creating effective digital learning solutions as well as good at adult learning principles and learning design
• Written and spoken communication skills that allow you to inform and advise others clearly
• Organisational and planning skills to manage your time and to meet deadlines and objectives
• Excellent English language skills
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and innovative approach to work
