Sourcing Manager

We are looking for a Sourcing Manager to join our Vilnius Sourcing Professional Source team in Telia Global Services Lithuania (TGSL). Sourcing is responsible for managing supplier relationships, as well as collaboration and relations development with our internal stakeholders to meet the Company's business needs. We strive to increase customer satisfaction and add sustainable value to our Company by acting as a trusted adviser to business in relation to sourcing, securing supply of products and services with the right Quality, Service Levels, Technology and Total Cost of Ownership.

I am Rūta Kūrytė and I am leading Professional Source team. We are integrated, cross-functional team, consisting of highly skilled sourcing and purchasing professionals who operate in deep collaboration with all of our stakeholders, suppliers and colleagues.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working in an ever-changing fast paced environment at a Company that is on an exciting transformation journey. You will team up with a big cross-country Sourcing community and another 9 people in Vilnius who are sourcing fans and passionate about contributing to overall sourcing performance and transformation while closely collaborating with various departments in organization. We actively work to ensure that the sourcing function is perceived as adding value to Telia Company and constantly seeking for opportunities to simplify processes and work in more efficient way.

This job is for someone who has strong networking and negotiation skills, knows what exactly should be done when it comes to collaboration with stakeholders and identifying their needs and expectations, managing and onboarding external suppliers, executing end to end sourcing cases and securing favorable contract terms and conditions.

Who are you?

You obviously have a relevant degree and solid experience in sourcing. You understand source-to-pay process and enjoy building contracts. You are independent with a strong drive. Still, you are a team player that appreciate an inclusive team environment. We also appreciate a curious mind and strategic thinking, but most importantly – you see the value in collaboration and understand your stakeholders in an international environment.

Your experience:

• Demonstrated skills in similar role

• Working in international organizations with complex business models and matrix organization

• Great communications skills and fluent English, both written and spoken

• Excellent negotiation, indirect influencing, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

• Ability to produce well-written, business minded and pragmatic agreements

• Excellent team player who is able to work with virtual, global, and cross-functional teams

• GDPR experience, which is a benefit for this role

Working in this position you will receive a monthly base salary 2100 - 3100 Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses depending on your competencies and your and Telia results. Besides for each employee
