WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Plan activities and ensure operations of the unit of developers. Effectively manage and control performance and work quality, make periodic employees’ assessments, provide feedback, motivate.
Manage and direct the development of unit employees’ competencies, ensuring projects and business needs.
Ensure the quality use of programming practices, processes, tools and standards in the projects, their continuous improvement.
Ensure technological support for the projects.
Organize the analysis of technological trends and tendencies, propose technological directions, design strategies and effectively adopt new development technologies, best practices / techniques / methods / tools.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

5+ years of hands-on experience working in IT projects as team lead / technology lead / architect / senior developer.
2+ years of experience leading organisational units of software development.
Experience implementing / improving of development processes / standards / methodologies.
Broad understanding of programming technologies and best practices. High level of experience in system architecture, software development methodologies and processes, technical design.
Active interest in latest trends regarding new technologies, tools etc.
Strong teamwork, people management, problem-solving and time management skills.

Monthly salary based on your competencies and experience.
