Intrum Global Business Services (Intrum GBS) is a Shared Service Center of Intrum. Currently we have over 600 highly dedicated and experienced employees, who support Group functions and local country units across Europe.
To strengthen Global HR team, we are looking for a colleague to perform various tasks related to full-cycle recruitment and participate in other Global HR projects and activities. Seize this unique opportunity to take an active part in growing together with the rapidly developing organization.
What you will be doing:
Manage the overall screening and interviewing process for various positions
Take ownership of candidate experience by designing job descriptions and managing job postings
Source candidates using a variety of search methods, implement candidate attraction ideas
Collaborate with different hiring managers
Participate in global HR Projects
What you bring:
Experience in HR related field
Very good knowledge of English language
Proactive mindset
Competence to establish effective working relationship
Ability to adapt to fast changes

Salary range 1400-2100 Eur gross/month
