Salesforce Support Specialist

You will be employed by Intrum Global Business Services (Intrum GBS), a Shared Service Center of Intrum. Currently we have over 600 highly dedicated and experienced employees, who support Group functions and local country units across Europe.

In this position we are looking for a team member to support Group Sales, Intrum's commercial organization in 24 countries.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Support and communicate with sales in the countries
• Work in cross-border teams with business, development and support
• Define business requirements for developing Salesforce
• Identify and implement improvements
• Work with sales analysis and reporting

About you:

• A degree in Sales and marketing, Finance, Economics or similar would be an advantage
• Advanced excel and power-point
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Experience in project management would be an advantage
• Experience working with Salesforce CRM will be an advantage

Salary range:

2500 - 3500 Eur gross/month. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
