Job Description
- Continuous monitoring of cyber threats
- Management of the Customer notifications
- Management of the Incident life cycle through the trouble ticketing system
- Liaising with Tier2 security engineers to manage the Incident Response
- Collecting the information to produce the recurrent reporting (weekly, monthly, yearly report)
Requirements
- +1 year experience working in IT security field
- Critical thinker interested in solving complex problems and producing secure solutions
- Passionate about learning new processes, keeping up with current technology trends and exposed to various IT technologies inside and out of the workplace
- Bachelor degree in cyber security field or proven certification program (e.g CCNA)
- Proficient English skills
- Goal oriented, ability to work in the team, positive mindset
