Vibrant, dynamic, and flexible IT SKILL HOUSE is looking for new team member, RECRUITER (no experience needed), to join our growing team.
We work with independent IT developers and help them to find their dream projects with our customers in Lithuania and abroad.
Even if you are not in IT recruitment world yet but consider yourself as fully capable to proffessionaly represent yourself and your employer, let‘s talk! In IT SKILL HOUSE you‘ll get an environment with a high degree of accountable independence. If you learn fast, soon you will work with IT developers and customers to manage the whole end-to-end process of temporary IT work engagement.
We expect that you:
- have proven working experience in customer service, administration, sales or HR;
- experience in any type of recruitment is a big plus;
- creative and “out of the box” thinker;
- self confident and love challanges
- capable and love to work independently;
- have a high sense of accountability and responsibility;
- excellent English and Lithuanian language skills;
