Internship / IT Business Analyst (IFS Consultant)

Position Description

We are currently looking for interns to be part of our local and international IFS ERP team.

We are offering:

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Communicate with the clients, analyze their requests and issues
• Outline problems, opportunities, solutions for business
• Perform client consultations
• Analyze the clients’ requirements and design the enhancements
• Describe and specify the tasks for developers
• Test the modified solutions
• Write project documentation

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
• Analytical and critical thinking
• Problem-solving skills
• Communicability, politeness, organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to learn new technologies, processes and procedures quickly and efficiently
• Fluent in Lithuanian, oral and written English skills

Desired Qualifications:
• Student or bachelor degree in IT, HR or Finance
• General knowledge and understanding of IT systems
• Knowledge of IT, Finance and HR
• Product development competencies
