Operations Specialist (with Norwegian/Swedish Language Trainings)

Intrum Global Business Services is a Shared Service Center of Intrum. Currently we have over 600 highly dedicated and experienced employees, who support Group functions and local country units across Europe.

We are looking for ambitious employees who will become a part of a team which creates a shared value for Norwegian/Swedish clients and customers. The role includes participation in the Language school where you will be learning Norwegian or Swedish language up to the intermediate level. After successful learning experience you will be prepared to support your unit in daily operational tasks.

What you will be doing:

• Documents and cases registration

• Debt related data collection and analysis

• Mostly written communication with clients

• Other optional tasks

• Good English language skills

• Willingness to learn a new language and develop yourself

• Ability to work in a team and also under limited supervision
